Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Acomelia's Manuel Cordera started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Erasmo Segio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vespucio's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Segio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erasmo Eneto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 minutes, Erasmo Segio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vespucio and the Acomelia players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Vespucio got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Segio. After having played for 26 minutes, Manuel Cordera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acomelia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Cordera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 30th match minute, Vespucio was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Segio to maneuver through the defense. Erasmo Eneto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnulfo Esquipula showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 34 minute of play. In the 39th minute of the match Rene Soter shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carmelo Curcio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Vespucio's zone, Elias Abancens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Curcio came out of the goal and Elias Abancens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Manuel Cordera ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carmelo Curcio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Arnulfo Esquipula made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Acomelia's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Esquipula came free, but Erasmo Eneto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fausto Rius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fausto Rius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Erasmo Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnulfo Esquipula scored 2-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Erasmo Eneto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 64th minute, Alonzo Ekialde hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match Efrain Quinton shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erasmo Eneto showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Vespucio's Astor Enaut tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Fausto Rius came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Vespucio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Rius couldn't finish the play. In the 76th match minute, Acomelia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Basilio Tonio to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Arnulfo Esquipula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Eneto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Vespucio booed when Acomelia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Alfonso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnulfo Esquipula received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Erasmo Eneto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 minutes of play, Vespucio's Arnulfo Esquipula made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erasmo Eneto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Vespucio's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
