The referee ignored Uquía FC's protests and gave Eusebio Matia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 18th minute, Eusebio Matia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clodoveo Gregory received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Miguel Asier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Uquía FC booed when Palmar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Denis Demesio to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Clodoveo Gregory managed to get in a good position for a shot. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Gregory couldn't finish the play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Uquía FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Palmar.
