The score was now 1-0. 8 minutes into the match, Los Abejorros Club's Alberto Marin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sergio Ubelteso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paolo Claude received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sergio Ubelteso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gaspar Urko got free with Nestor Duardo in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gaspar Urko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dario Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute, Dario Bordat reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Nestor Duardo. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 25th minute of the match Hermengildo Cerilo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Duardo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Paolo Claude sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 41st minute, Paolo Claude made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Ubelteso. Pirámide FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Alberto Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Ubelteso having to interfere. In the 60th minute Alberto Marin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Ubelteso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 61 minutes, Ildefonso Frascuelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Abejorros Club and the Pirámide FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 62nd minute, Dario Bordat left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pirámide FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Nestor Duardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Bordat in the 68th minute of the match. When Moises Ignatius fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pirámide FC's protests and gave Moises Ignatius a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Los Abejorros Club booed when Pirámide FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moises Ignatius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paolo Claude's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Ubelteso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Abejorros Club's Alberto Marin got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Alberto Marin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Los Abejorros Club's Ildefonso Frascuelo got his second yellow card of the match in the 86th minute. The referee ordered Ildefonso Frascuelo off the ground. After a rather tough play, Los Abejorros Club's Ildefonso Frascuelo got a free kick in the 86th minute. Los Abejorros Club's Nestor Duardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Bordat in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Gaspar Urko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nestor Duardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Pirámide FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Los Abejorros Club for much of the match.
