In the 3rd play minute Artemio Dimas came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Miguel Martxot. 1-0. Nicolas Raebert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Martxot having to interfere. Julia Sofia F.C.'s Miguel Martxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Raebert in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Julia Sofia F.C. getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Venancio Oso hit a great ball. Vicente Lastur sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Iguassu's Vicente Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Lastur in the 23rd minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Julia Sofia F.C.'s goalkeeper Miguel Martxot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Artemio Dimas. Miguel Martxot didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Iguassu's Nicolas Raebert shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. After 37 played minutes Iguassu got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Criston. After having played for 40 minutes, Vicente Lastur managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Julia Sofia F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Vicente Lastur was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Faustino Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Clementi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Mendez having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Iguassu got a freekick which was hit by Saturnino Ritchie. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After 57 played minutes, Iguassu's Gavino Clementi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Miguel Martxot came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Iguassu reached it. Vicente Mendez made a fantastic save in the 69th minute, when Vicente Lastur sent off a good shot on target. Vicente Lastur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Mendez having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Julia Sofia F.C.'s zone, Artemio Dimas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Martxot came out of the goal and Artemio Dimas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guido Nel's late challenge caught a Iguassu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guido Nel helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Julia Sofia F.C. getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Guido Nel hit a great ball. Victorio Orlanda thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Miguel Martxot, a very annoying self made goal in the 88th minute which led to 4-0. 98 minutes in the game, Faustino Clementi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Vicente Mendez having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Iguassu had won after a very even match.
