In the 26th minute, one of Los Guachines FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Guachines FC. The referee gave Loventué FC a penalty, 29 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabricio Otoniel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Los Guachines FC's Ivan Jerano. 0-1. Melquiades Juvenal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuel Fernado in the 33rd minute. Baltasar Peruxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Ivan Jerano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Peruxu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Jerano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Emanuel Fernado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Juvenal having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Fernado to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute Melquiades Rolado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Jerano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Melquiades Juvenal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Fernado went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Severo Lobo kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Baltasar Peruxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ivan Jerano having to interfere. 74 minutes into the game, Mario Piarres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Guachines FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Loventué FC the free kick. Emanuel Fernado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Melquiades Juvenal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 83rd minute of play. In the 87th minute, Baltasar Peruxu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Loventué FC's Melquiades Rolado in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
