Samuhú AFC's Rolando Benat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Primo in the 6th minute of play. Prudencio Primo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Benat read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. When Celestino Erauso fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Fortin Sarfield's protests and gave Celestino Erauso a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to F.C Fortin Sarfield getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Celestino Erauso hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aristides Peru during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 14 played minutes F.C Fortin Sarfield got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Peru. If Rigoberto Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 19 played minutes Samuhú AFC got a freekick which was hit by Dante Pabla. In the 20th minute, Prudencio Primo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ariel Sidro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anacleto Efraim went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Bernardino Guerrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rolando Benat having to interfere. If Prudencio Primo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rigoberto Polo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
