The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Seme got free with Ermegildo Barea in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antonio Abad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 13 minutes into the game, Teobaldo Henry was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lehman's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guido the free kick. Teobaldo Henry hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 25 played minutes Guido got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Heriberto. The supporters of Lehman booed when Guido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Soin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ermegildo Barea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Nuñez in the 29th minute of the match. Fausto Nuñez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Barea having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fausto Nuñez couldn't finish the play. 44 minutes into the match, Lehman's goal looked a bit too open when Fausto Nuñez came free, but Ermegildo Barea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpected shot in the 48th minute by Tobias Gonzales got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
Amador Gurutz kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Lehman's Ermegildo Barea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tobias Gonzales in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 66 minutes, Fausto Nuñez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guido's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Nuñez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Tobias Gonzales had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ermegildo Barea. Lehman's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobias Gonzales was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
