In the 33rd minute, Cristian Enmanuel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Despidida AFC's Cirilo Berriotxoa didn't even have to move. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Federico Atarrabi to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to New Mandarines getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. New Mandarines's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jaime Calvino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 63 minutes into the match, Jaime Calvino notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Despidida AFC's Cirilo Berriotxoa. Cirilo Berriotxoa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cirilo Berriotxoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute.
