Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carmelo Olo kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Suncho defense, Primitivo Pacorro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Gau. The Suncho fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Gau should have stopped the shot. Delmiro Eate showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmelo Olo in the 10th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carmelo Olo in the 14th minute of play forced New Mandarines's goalkeeper Delmiro Eate to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Pacorro got free with Gerardo Gau in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Suncho's Ivan Iratze in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 30 played minutes Jaime Calvino rounded Suncho's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Primitivo Pacorro got free with Gerardo Gau in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fabian Tristan hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Ivan Iratze got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Calvino made a kick off. Gerardo Gau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Pacorro in the 52nd minute of play. Gerardo Gau came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by New Mandarines's Primitivo Pacorro. But to his dismay, Primitivo Pacorro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When New Mandarines's Jaime Calvino in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Suncho's goalie prevented a goal. Gerardo Gau stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primitivo Pacorro's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. Suncho's Ivan Iratze got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 66 minutes into the game, Roberto Martxel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Suncho's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave New Mandarines the free kick. A collision led to Suncho getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Roberto Martxel hit a great ball. Gerardo Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaime Calvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Primitivo Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Gau having to interfere. Carmelo Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Olo might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Delmiro Eate. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carmelo Olo ran back to his position shaking his head. If Carmelo Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. New Mandarines had won after a very even match.
