Horacio Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Rodolfo Urti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Horacio Jon was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 23rd minute, Jonatan Sesuldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roberto Ereinotz's late challenge caught a Seguí AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Ereinotz helped the player get up and apologised. Roberto Ereinotz hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Carmelo Timo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute Lucas Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Seguí AFC's Apolo Ramirez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aldo Goito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carmelo Timo charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmelo Timo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Casavindo FC booed when Seguí AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Timo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Rodolfo Urti left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Casavindo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucas Bento made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Lucas Bento's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Jon was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Bento in the 62nd minute of play forced Seguí AFC's goalkeeper Horacio Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Erasto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Seguí AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Casavindo FC the free kick. In the 69thth minute of the game Lucas Bento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Seguí AFC's Horacio Jon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aldo Goito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Sesuldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 77 minutes into the match, Casavindo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Apolo Ramirez came free, but Aldo Goito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jonatan Sesuldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Horacio Jon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Rodolfo Urti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Urti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Jon having to interfere. Lisandro Edwardo hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Casavindo FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
