Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Fulgencio Chesus kicked off to start the match. Constantino Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Bento in the 5th minute of the match. The supporters of Carmen AFC booed when Porvenir was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Maraman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, one of Carmen AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 16 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Chesus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isaac Burni. Carmen AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fulgencio Chesus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. A collision led to Carmen AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Nicolas Crispo hit a great ball. In the 24th match minute, Carmen AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Urko to maneuver through the defense. Filiberto Bento recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Urko came free, but Constantino Joanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Celso Florinio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fulgencio Chesus came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Porvenir fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fulgencio Chesus couldn't finish the play. Fulgencio Chesus's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isaac Burni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. 40 minutes in the game, Celso Florinio fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Isaac Burni having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Porvenir's goal looked a bit too open when Epifanio Urko came free, but Constantino Joanes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Porvenir's Fulgencio Chesus got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Epifanio Urko was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes, Remigio Erlantz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Porvenir and the Carmen AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hermengildo Berto, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a rather tough play, Porvenir's Amadeo Sagrario got a free kick in the 59th minute. Fulgencio Chesus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Isaac Burni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Carmen AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Florinio came free, but Isaac Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Chesus, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Porvenir's Celso Florinio got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaac Burni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celso Florinio in the 70th minute of the match. Filiberto Bento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Constantino Joanes having to interfere. Isaac Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Florinio in the 76th minute of play. Constantino Joanes made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Filiberto Bento sent off a good shot on target. In the 83rd minute Celso Florinio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Burni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hermengildo Berto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 91 minutes into the match. The referee gave Porvenir a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hector Emmanuel, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Carmen AFC's Isaac Burni. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Porvenir had won after a very even match.
