Genaro Toli struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Godofredo Maule didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La banda del Vaitton. Godofredo Maule made an important save on a dangerous shot by Genaro Toli in the 17th minute. 19 minutes into the match, La banda del Vaitton's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Romano came free, but Higinio Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Birila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 34th match minute, Avantasia Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baltasar Telo to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 38 minutes, Augusto Romano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avantasia Fútbol Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Romano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Baltasar Telo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Augusto Romano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of La banda del Vaitton booed when Avantasia Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julio Nataniel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Rey hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Godofredo Maule came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by La banda del Vaitton's Genaro Toli. But to his dismay, Genaro Toli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. La banda del Vaitton's Higinio Birila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save La banda del Vaitton from getting a goal against them. Baltasar Telo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. La banda del Vaitton were victorious despite being under pressure from Avantasia Fútbol Club for much of the match.
