Benicio Oliveiro might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Ixaka. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benicio Oliveiro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd minute, Silvestre Cordario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvestre Cordario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Bonifacio Shantala made a huge save. Silvestre Cordario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th match minute, Alcaraz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Galo to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lorenzo Truylos made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Alcaraz FC got a corner. Villa maria F.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Primitivo Firmin ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Primitivo Firmin almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Villa maria F.C's Bonifacio Shantala did a great save. Lorenzo Truylos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Bonifacio Shantala tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Truylos's late challenge caught a Villa maria F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lorenzo Truylos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Villa maria F.C booed when Alcaraz FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorenzo Truylos didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Benicio Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Alcaraz FC's Elias Galo got a free kick in the 64th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Benicio Oliveiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Villa maria F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Oliveiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Ixaka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 66 played minutes Alcaraz FC got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Fortun. In the 67th minute, Villa maria F.C's Angel Ordono ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francisco Ixaka. Francisco Ixaka yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. In the 76th minute, Silvestre Cordario made a precise shot to the right of Bonifacio Shantala. Villa maria F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Lorenzo Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bonifacio Shantala having to interfere. 95 minutes into the match, Alcaraz FC's Silvestre Cordario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Shantala narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Villa maria F.C's Filomeno Isidor got a free kick in the 96th minute. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
