Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Guido Uzuri started the match with the kick off. Guido Uzuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Ixaka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alberto Oriol in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute of the match, Alberto Oriol got a very nice opportunity to score, but Francisco Ixaka was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 19th minute, Alberto Oriol made a precise shot to the right of Francisco Ixaka. Alcaraz FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 22nd minute, Mecoyita FC's Guido Uzuri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After a rather tough play, Alcaraz FC's Silvestre Cordario got a free kick in the 24th minute. Alcaraz FC's Francisco Ixaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Uzuri in the 26th minute of play. Eugenio Clis charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Clis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th minute, Eugenio Clis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Silvestre Cordario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Oriol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Ixaka having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Florentino Fortun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Silvestre Cordario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Guido Cordarius. Mecoyita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Cordario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lorenzo Truylos was the one to do the kick off. Alberto Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mecoyita FC's goalkeeper Guido Cordarius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Lorenzo Truylos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guido Cordarius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Truylos, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Silvestre Cordario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Cordarius having to interfere. Mecoyita FC's Guido Cordarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Truylos in the 74th minute of play. If Hector Gonzales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Alcaraz FC's Silvestre Abel got a free kick in the 78th minute. Dionisio Suero's late challenge caught a Alcaraz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dionisio Suero helped the player get up and apologised. Dionisio Suero kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. The supporters of Alcaraz FC booed when Mecoyita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Gonzales didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mecoyita FC's Guido Cordarius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Mecoyita FC from getting a goal against them. Guido Uzuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mecoyita FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
