Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Mecoyita FC's Guido Uzuri started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benicio Oliveiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guido Cordarius having to interfere. Bonifacio Shantala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Oriol, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. If Angel Ordono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mecoyita FC's goalkeeper Guido Cordarius, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alberto Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute of the match, Benicio Oliveiro tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Guido Cordarius saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some careless play in the Villa maria F.C defense, Guido Uzuri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bonifacio Shantala. The Villa maria F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bonifacio Shantala should have stopped the shot. Angel Ordono's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Guido Cordarius read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benicio Oliveiro in the 34th minute of play forced Mecoyita FC's goalkeeper Guido Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guido Cordarius made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Angel Ordono sent off a good shot on target. Guido Uzuri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Oriol in the 46th minute of play forced Villa maria F.C's goalkeeper Bonifacio Shantala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

If Benicio Oliveiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 55 minutes into the match, Mecoyita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benicio Oliveiro came free, but Guido Cordarius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Benicio Oliveiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guido Cordarius was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Benicio Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Guido Cordarius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Guido Uzuri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Ordono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dionisio Suero fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mecoyita FC's protests and gave Dionisio Suero a yellow card for diving instead. After 84 played minutes Mecoyita FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Suero. Benicio Oliveiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Guido Cordarius tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Benicio Oliveiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Guido Uzuri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bonifacio Shantala came out and tried to block the shot, but Guido Uzuri slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 95th minute. The Mecoyita FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Mecoyita FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
