Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Augusto Llanos started the match with the kick off. Gabriel Felipo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Adrio, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Cirilo Derwin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Cirilo Derwin came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Necochea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Derwin couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Monigotes's goalkeeper Gilberto Banegas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cirilo Derwin. Fernan Estevez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Gilberto Banegas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Llanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Felipo having to interfere. Gilberto Adrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 30 minutes, Cirilo Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Necochea FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cirilo Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Constantino Ibañez struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Gabriel Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monigotes. Gilberto Adrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Felipo having to interfere. Augusto Llanos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Felipo having to interfere. If Cirilo Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute, Augusto Llanos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernan Estevez was the one to do the kick off. Fernan Estevez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monigotes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernan Estevez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Gilberto Banegas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cirilo Derwin in the 68th minute of play. If Fernan Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Llanos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Gabriel Felipo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79th match minute, Necochea FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Gau to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Necochea FC's Gabriel Felipo got control of the ball when Gilberto Adrio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gilberto Adrio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Gilberto Adrio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gabriel Felipo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Llanos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Monigotes's Norberto Abarca got a free kick in the 94th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Necochea FC's Fernan Estevez sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilberto Banegas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
