Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Lázaro Araoz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Rinconada's Serafin Marino got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Pablo Barbosa came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Central Academia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Barbosa couldn't finish the play. When Rinconada's Lázaro Araoz in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Central Academia's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute Serafin Marino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Baristo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Barbosa got free with Maximiliano Formerio in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Rinconada's zone, Pablo Barbosa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Maximiliano Formerio came out of the goal and Pablo Barbosa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21stth minute of the game Gaston Qwinton who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rinconada's Maximiliano Formerio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 22 played minutes Rinconada got a freekick which was hit by Candido Pereyra. 23 minutes into the match, Rinconada's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Qwinton came free, but Maximiliano Formerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lázaro Araoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rinconada getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Jonas Lawrence hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Araoz in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Baristo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximiliano Formerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Qwinton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gaston Qwinton was the one to do the kick off. With an all-out effort, Rinconada's Nicolas Baristo threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lázaro Araoz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Serafin Marino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Serafin Marino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Nicolas Baristo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Araoz in the 71st minute of play. In the 72nd match minute, Central Academia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Isadore to maneuver through the defense. If Lázaro Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Serafin Marino came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Rinconada fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Serafin Marino couldn't finish the play. Central Academia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 93 minutes into the match, Rinconada's goal looked a bit too open when Pablo Barbosa came free, but Maximiliano Formerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pablo Barbosa in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Maximiliano Formerio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Central Academia had won after a very even match.
