In the 3rd match minute, Rústico FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eugenio Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Dennehy AFC's Armando Larra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arnoldo Rameriz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rústico FC's Arnoldo Rameriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Larra in the 8th minute of play. After 11 played minutes, Rústico FC's Santiago Froylan shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Serafin Gustau came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rústico FC reached it. 16 minutes into the game, Melquiades Henric cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Arnoldo Rameriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rústico FC's Benjamin Naike got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dionisio Henrico fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rústico FC's protests and gave Dionisio Henrico a yellow card for diving instead. After 25 played minutes Rústico FC got a freekick which was hit by Dionisio Henrico. Dennehy AFC's Arnaldo Virila couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Rústico FC. 28 minutes into the match, Rústico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Larra came free, but Arnoldo Rameriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Dennehy AFC's Armando Larra in the 29th minute got a chance for a shot 29th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Aureliano Monte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rústico FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aureliano Monte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arnoldo Rameriz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Henric in the 61st minute of play. If Armando Larra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Dennehy AFC's zone, Benjamin Naike stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafin Gustau came out of the goal and Benjamin Naike tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafin Gustau made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Monte in the 67th minute. If Benjamin Naike had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Dennehy AFC's Serafin Gustau got control of the ball when Aureliano Monte tried to sneak it across the goal line. Armando Larra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Rameriz having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Henric's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arnoldo Rameriz was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Benjamin Naike sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eugenio Mendiko was shown his second yellow card after 89 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 91st minute, Melquiades Henric got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Armando Larra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dennehy AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rústico FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
