Delmiro Salvator didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Erubiel Urdaspal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Benedicto Llope showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Tiadoro in the 39th minute of the match. Benedicto Llope came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atletico San Antonio's Erubiel Urdaspal. But to his dismay, Erubiel Urdaspal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. The Alejandra AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atletico San Antonio were winning 0-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Delmiro Salvator stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Domingos Columbo fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico San Antonio's protests and gave Domingos Columbo a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 66 minutes, Delmar Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alejandra AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Alejandra AFC's Benedicto Llope got control of the ball when Sergio Tiadoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Tiadoro got free with Benedicto Llope in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
