Benedicto Llope stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ciro Shantala's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Benedicto Llope made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Selatse in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Alejandra AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Shantala came free, but Benedicto Llope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ciro Shantala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ciro Shantala couldn't finish the play. David Selatse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Benedicto Llope when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alejandra AFC's Benedicto Llope proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Alejandra AFC from getting a goal against them. Telsen AFC were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after Alejandra AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Guaberto Hulberto took the corner. The corner ended in Guaberto Hulberto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Alejandra AFC's Benedicto Llope did a great save. Telsen AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
