Luis Colas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Silvestre Pelayo made a huge save. Silvestre Pelayo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Silvestre Pelayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luis Colas in the 34th minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Melquiades Elixio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciudacita AFC's Silvestre Pelayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Vázques AFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Atilano Daunte hit a great ball. Silvestre Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Daunte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Elixio struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Silvestre Pelayo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vázques AFC. Luis Colas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Luis Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Ubelteso hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 81st minute, Melquiades Elixio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ciudacita AFC's Silvestre Pelayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Colas in the 83rd minute of play. Silvestre Pelayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Colas, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. If Luis Colas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ciudacita AFC's goalkeeper Silvestre Pelayo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvestre Pelayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Elixio in the 91st minute of play. Melquiades Elixio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvestre Pelayo having to interfere.
