Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ermegildo Gabino got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of Vergara booed when Chacho F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Gergori didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Cesario in the 7th minute of play forced Chacho F.C.'s goalkeeper Denis Kismi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermegildo Gabino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Saturnin having to interfere. Chacho F.C.'s Denis Kismi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celedonio Cesario in the 20th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Chacho F.C.'s goalkeeper Denis Kismi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Feliz. Eusebio Feliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ermegildo Gabino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Feliz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Ermegildo Gabino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Albino Saturnin was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 43rd minute Ermegildo Gabino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Saturnin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bruno Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bruno Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Albino Saturnin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Chacho F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celedonio Cesario made a kick off. With his leg Albino Saturnin managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Chacho F.C.'s Bruno Acevedo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 57th minute, Celedonio Cesario made a precise shot to the right of Denis Kismi. Chacho F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Vergara's Albino Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Gabino in the 60th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Vergara's zone, Bruno Acevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albino Saturnin came out of the goal and Bruno Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eusebio Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Denis Kismi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Chacho F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Cesario came free, but Denis Kismi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Eusebio Feliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Kismi was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. Albino Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Gabino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roberto Iigo's late challenge caught a Chacho F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Iigo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Vergara's Roberto Iigo got a free kick in the 77th minute. Denis Kismi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celedonio Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Bruno Acevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacho F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Bruno Acevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Albino Saturnin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristobal Llorenc hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Vergara fans' excitement grew in the 96th match minute when Vergara's Eusebio Feliz looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Vergara's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
