Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Etxekopar started the match with the kick off. Adrian Lalla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Jon in the 3rd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laureano Jon in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adrian Lalla saved St. Pons from getting behind. Enzo Gonza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lorenzo Bieito made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Luis Nesto sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Etxekopar in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lorenzo Bieito saved Candelaria from getting behind. Luis Nesto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 16th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Adrian Lalla came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Candelaria's Laureano Jon. But to his dismay, Laureano Jon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Laureano Jon made a precise shot to the right of Adrian Lalla. St. Pons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 28th minute, Serafin Xacintu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 29 played minutes St. Pons got a freekick which was hit by Luis Nesto. Adrian Lalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Gonza in the 31st minute of the match. If Laureano Jon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Gonza in the 41st minute of play forced St. Pons's goalkeeper Adrian Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Laureano Jon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Candelaria's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave St. Pons the free kick. Enrique Etxekopar struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Lorenzo Bieito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for St. Pons. St. Pons's Luis Nesto got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Enzo Gonza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adrian Lalla having to interfere. Lorenzo Bieito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrique Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61stth minute of the game Luis Nesto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Candelaria's Lorenzo Bieito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Luis Nesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. St. Pons's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Nesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lorenzo Bieito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th match minute, Candelaria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ariel Rioja to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Eulalio Canor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th minute, Siro Vargas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Candelaria were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over St. Pons's much stronger midfield.
