Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Volfan's Federico Vito started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Volfan's Reynaldo Erroman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Isauro in the 3rd minute of play. Adan Isauro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 6 minutes into the game, Artemio Hitzeder recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Reynaldo Erroman. Artemio Hitzeder showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Inocencio Cebrian in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julian Jakobe saved Arenal FC from getting behind. When Adan Isauro came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Arenal FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adan Isauro couldn't finish the play. Adan Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Erroman having to interfere. After 23 played minutes Volfan got a freekick which was hit by Amancio Delfino. Julian Jakobe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Vito in the 27th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Velasco during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Matias Velasco hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Volfan's Marcelino Belmiro got a free kick in the 31st minute. If Inocencio Cebrian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Artemio Hitzeder was the one to do the kick off. Norberto Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reynaldo Erroman having to interfere. After having played for 61 minutes, Federico Vito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Volfan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Federico Vito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Inocencio Cebrian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Julian Jakobe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Jakobe having to interfere. Julian Jakobe came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Volfan's Amancio Delfino. But to his dismay, Amancio Delfino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Hitzeder in the 74th minute of play forced Volfan's goalkeeper Reynaldo Erroman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Isauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Reynaldo Erroman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Volfan got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Demesio. Reynaldo Erroman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Hitzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 81 played minutes Volfan got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Umea. Arenal FC's Artemio Hitzeder got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Vito struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Julian Jakobe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Volfan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Vito in the 96th minute of play forced Arenal FC's goalkeeper Julian Jakobe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Inocencio Cebrian could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Julian Jakobe made a huge save. For all the effort they put into the match, the Volfan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Arenal FC.
