In the 15th match minute, Miramar Misiones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norberto Gimenez to maneuver through the defense. Eustacio Montrelle was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 20th minute. Miramar Misiones's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Eustacio Montrelle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Villaverde having to interfere. Claud Caniggia hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Eustacio Montrelle struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Hugo Villaverde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miramar Misiones. 33 minutes into the match, Wankers AC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Seguinus came free, but Hugo Villaverde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Vitin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rodolfo Guillelme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Eustacio Montrelle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hugo Villaverde. Wankers AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eustacio Montrelle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 52nd minute Abelardo Seguinus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Villaverde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wankers AC's Hugo Villaverde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Seguinus in the 57th minute of play. Claud Caniggia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Rodolfo Guillelme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Eustacio Montrelle got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Isidoro Vitin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Urbano Rius hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 68th minute, Miramar Misiones's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Nereo Duardo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 69 minutes into the game, Claud Caniggia recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rodolfo Guillelme. Claud Caniggia showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-2. Rodolfo Guillelme made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Nereo Duardo sent off a good shot on target. Miramar Misiones's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Nereo Duardo scored to the left of an out of position Rodolfo Guillelme, making the score, 2-3. Teodoro Bermudez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. If Claud Caniggia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 87 minutes, Nereo Duardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wankers AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nereo Duardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Miramar Misiones's Rodolfo Guillelme proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Miramar Misiones from getting a goal against them.
