Hugo Villaverde came out of the goal and Esteve Marquez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Esteve Marquez came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Totoral fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Esteve Marquez couldn't finish the play. Hugo Villaverde took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Marquez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th match minute, Wankers AC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claud Caniggia to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Esteve Marquez in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hugo Villaverde saved Wankers AC from getting behind. After having played for 19 minutes, Esteve Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Totoral's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteve Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 20 minutes, Nereo Duardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Wankers AC and the Totoral players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Totoral's Julian Hermelando in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Wankers AC's goalie prevented a goal. Hugo Villaverde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteve Marquez in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Marquez in the 30th minute of play forced Wankers AC's goalkeeper Hugo Villaverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute, Julian Hermelando made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Villaverde. Wankers AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Wankers AC's Nereo Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claud Caniggia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ivan Laurgain read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. In the 46th minute Mariano Porfiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Villaverde saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, one of Wankers AC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Wankers AC. Wankers AC:s Hugo Villaverde showed great skill when he stopped Cosme Vermudo:s penalty. Cosme Vermudo took the ball and in the 49 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hugo Villaverde. Hugo Villaverde dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Ivan Laurgain showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nereo Duardo in the 55th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Julian Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Totoral's supporters rose to their feet, but Julian Hermelando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Villaverde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Totoral booed when Wankers AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claud Caniggia didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Nereo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 72nd minute, Nereo Duardo made a precise shot to the right of Ivan Laurgain. Totoral's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After a rather tough play, Totoral's Melchor Eguerdi got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Wankers AC's Nereo Duardo got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Nereo Duardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Duardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Villaverde made a fantastic save in the 98th minute, when Julian Hermelando sent off a good shot on target. Totoral were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Wankers AC's much stronger midfield.
