Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bernardo Tabb got the match started through his kick off. Bernardo Tabb fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Haroldo Nerio having to interfere. If Julio Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Tavio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 15 minutes into the game, Freddy Ubarna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caballito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario Central the free kick. After 15 played minutes Caballito FC got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Ubarna. Diego Tavio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Haroldo Nerio made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Julio Rafel sent off a good shot on target. Caballito FC's Haroldo Nerio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Caballito FC from getting a goal against them. When Caballito FC's Isaias Cordarius in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rosario Central's goalie prevented a goal. Vinicio Manni charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vinicio Manni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Caballito FC's David Baudelio tried to score from far away in the 39th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Haroldo Nerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Tabb in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Tavio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Haroldo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Rafel in the 53rd minute of play. Vinicio Manni, 58 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Bernardo Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Julio Rafel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bernardo Tabb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 72nd minute, Bernardo Tabb ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Haroldo Nerio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 80th minute Bernardo Tabb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Haroldo Nerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Nerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Rafel in the 84th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rosario Central fans cheered their team off the field, for while Caballito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
