Severiano Venceslas charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Severiano Venceslas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chucul's Severiano Venceslas got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Aquiles Katia managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alagón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquiles Katia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Naldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Tabb in the 12th minute of play forced Chucul's goalkeeper Paulo Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Chucul's zone, Aquiles Katia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Naldo came out of the goal and Aquiles Katia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Aquiles Katia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute of the match Rodolfo Ortle shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulo Naldo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 32 minutes into the match, Chucul's goal looked a bit too open when Aquiles Katia came free, but Paulo Naldo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Chucul getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Severiano Venceslas hit a great ball. In the 36th minute Aquiles Katia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Naldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Tabb in the 41st minute of play forced Chucul's goalkeeper Paulo Naldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulo Naldo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Katia, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Paulo Naldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquiles Katia in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes of play, Alagón FC's Eriberto Tabb made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paulo Naldo was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Fermin Anaya made the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes, Alagón FC's Patricio Gilabert shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Naldo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alagón FC reached it. If Angel Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Angel Turi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Chucul getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Genaro Calvino hit a great ball. Alagón FC's Eriberto Tabb got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Alagón FC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Celso Joanes hit a great ball. Hilario Lehior came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Chucul's Fermin Anaya. But to his dismay, Fermin Anaya quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. If Eriberto Tabb had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Chucul's Severiano Venceslas got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 79 played minutes, Alagón FC's Manuel Urtsua shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paulo Naldo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alagón FC reached it. Fermin Anaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Hilario Lehior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rosendo Vigil kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Eriberto Tabb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alagón FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eriberto Tabb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulo Naldo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Alagón FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Chucul from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
