If Teodosio Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Ospetsu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Lando in the 5th minute of play. Teodosio Pancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Belarmo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Jimeno Primeiro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 16 minutes into the match, Unión's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Domiku came free, but Jimeno Primeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Segundo Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Primeiro having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Videl in the 20th minute of play forced Unión's goalkeeper Jimeno Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Jimeno Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unión's Jimeno Primeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Videl in the 24th minute of play. Segundo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Jimeno Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Segundo Belarmo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gogo Videl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Primeiro having to interfere. Segundo Belarmo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 35thth minute, Jimeno Primeiro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Segundo Belarmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Belarmo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Jimeno Primeiro made a huge save. If Segundo Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When Segundo Belarmo came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Real Deportivo Arsenal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Segundo Belarmo couldn't finish the play. In the 54th minute, Gogo Videl made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Primeiro. Unión's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Segundo Belarmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Belarmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Jimeno Primeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Belarmo in the 63rd minute of play forced Unión's goalkeeper Jimeno Primeiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Segundo Belarmo struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Jimeno Primeiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Deportivo Arsenal. Arnoldo Perrando's late challenge caught a Unión's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Perrando helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th match minute, Real Deportivo Arsenal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnoldo Perrando to maneuver through the defense. Real Deportivo Arsenal's Arnoldo Perrando got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Segundo Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimeno Primeiro having to interfere. Jimeno Primeiro came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Deportivo Arsenal's Gogo Videl. But to his dismay, Gogo Videl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Gogo Videl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimeno Primeiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Segundo Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Reynaldo Domiku had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jimeno Primeiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Videl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Real Deportivo Arsenal had played much better football throughout.
