Leo Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remigio Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonides Botello in the 16th minute of play forced Ataliva's goalkeeper Mauro Cordairo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Leo Ostargi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 44 played minutes El Cucu Team got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Sengrat. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Horacio Sengrat hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Ataliva's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
