Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Canning's Nunez Evarado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Candido Bembe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Tolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Evarado, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 17th minute Silvano Ondino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvaro Tolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Prospero Tono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stars 2300's supporters rose to their feet, but Prospero Tono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquilino Tipi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prospero Tono got free with Aquilino Tipi in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Prospero Tono struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Aquilino Tipi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stars 2300. In the 27th minute, Aaron Poncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Prospero Tono fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Prospero Tono was extremely unlucky when he, in the 32nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Aquilino Tipi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Olando in the 34th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvano Ondino in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alvaro Tolino saved Stars 2300 from getting behind. Stars 2300's Alvaro Tolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Evarado in the 43rd minute of play. The supporters of Canning booed when Stars 2300 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Lobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Canning's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabricio Venceslas in the 47th minute. Canning's Fabricio Venceslas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alvaro Tolino in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Israel Olando to strike the kick off in the second half. Prospero Tono recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Olando in the 54th minute of play forced Canning's goalkeeper Aquilino Tipi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvano Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Alvaro Tolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Tolino having to interfere. Silvano Ondino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Alvaro Tolino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvano Ondino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alvaro Tolino having to make a save. If Prospero Tono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Tolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Evarado, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Nunez Evarado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Tolino having to interfere. With a little luck, Stars 2300's Alvaro Tolino got control of the ball when Silvano Ondino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Canning's Aquilino Tipi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Olando in the 83rd minute of play. If Israel Olando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Canning players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Stars 2300 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
