Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Leopoldo Clementi kicked off to start the match. 7 minutes into the match, Chajarí's goalkeeper Manuel Tomi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgard Llanos. Chamicó's Oscar Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aquiles Quintyn in the 14th minute of play. Oscar Joanes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquiles Quintyn in the 17th minute of the match. Leopoldo Clementi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 18th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Feliberto Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute Aquiles Quintyn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Joanes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chamicó's Oscar Joanes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Abeitia in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Chamicó's Leopoldo Clementi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Manuel Tomi. Manuel Tomi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Edgard Llanos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Manuel Tomi made a huge save. The supporters of Chamicó booed when Chajarí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santo Paublo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquiles Quintyn stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Chajarí getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Benigno Unax hit a great ball. Edgard Llanos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Tomi having to make a save. Chajarí's Manuel Tomi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leopoldo Clementi in the 59th minute of play. Aquiles Quintyn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Feliberto Abeitia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Oscar Joanes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manuel Tomi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgard Llanos in the 66th minute of the match. Aquiles Quintyn struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Oscar Joanes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chajarí. If Feliberto Abeitia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgard Llanos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Leopoldo Clementi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leopoldo Clementi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Manuel Tomi having to make a save. Aquiles Quintyn fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Joanes having to interfere. Chajarí's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
