Doping Positivo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave San Lorenzo the free kick. After 3 played minutes Doping Positivo got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Malvin. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo's Justino Sancho got a free kick in the 5th minute. Victor Francis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Rafael Fernado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th of the match, Zacarias Pasqual tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Narciso Bernat got in the way and made a wonderful save. Placido Min hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes Doping Positivo got a freekick which was hit by Rafael Fernado. In the 19th minute Zacarias Pasqual shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Narciso Bernat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zacarias Pasqual, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Zacarias Pasqual managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doping Positivo's supporters rose to their feet, but Zacarias Pasqual was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Narciso Bernat breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Domingo Cresconio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Placido Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Melquiades Neron sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Doping Positivo booed when San Lorenzo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Neron didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Pasqual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Narciso Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, San Lorenzo's Placido Min got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute, Zacarias Pasqual got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Doping Positivo's Segundo Uzuri got a free kick in the 63rd minute. San Lorenzo's Placido Min got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Zacarias Pasqual had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 played minutes Doping Positivo got a freekick which was hit by Zacarias Pasqual. After having played for 74 minutes, Domingo Cresconio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Doping Positivo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Cresconio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Cresconio in the 75th minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Narciso Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute Domingo Cresconio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Narciso Bernat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zacarias Pasqual received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Narciso Bernat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Placido Min fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Joseph having to interfere. Placido Min sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 94th minute, Domingo Cresconio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doping Positivo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
