An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Sedeni in the 10th minute of play forced Fraga's goalkeeper Reynaldo Librado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the game, Centralito FC's Hipolito Cordarryl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynaldo Librado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Reynaldo Librado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raimundo Sedeni in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Fraga's Andres Efraim got a free kick in the 21st minute. Conrado Guillelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Raimundo Sedeni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reynaldo Librado having to make a save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Conrado Guillelmo made a kick off. Octavio Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Centralito FC's Ciro Salvatore got a free kick in the 57th minute. 59 minutes into the game, Ciro Salvatore was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Centralito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fraga the free kick. The supporters of Fraga booed when Centralito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Salvatore didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Conrado Guillelmo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fraga fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Conrado Guillelmo struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Mario Brun didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fraga. Fabricio Txartiko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Reynaldo Librado made a huge save. 80 minutes into the match, Fraga's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Sedeni came free, but Reynaldo Librado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Conrado Guillelmo took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mario Brun. Mario Brun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Fabricio Txartiko came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Centralito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabricio Txartiko couldn't finish the play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
