Nereo Abalos came out of the goal and Urbano Txanton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alfredo Vermudo to make the kick off. In the 84th minute, Pedernera AFC's Urbano Txanton ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nereo Abalos. Nereo Abalos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Hilario Gonzalez struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Clemente Gaxan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gutemberg FC. Hilario Gonzalez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Clemente Gaxan having to interfere. Urbano Txanton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Nereo Abalos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedernera AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
