Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cecilio Edorta made the kick off which started today's match. Flavio Baumer was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Anguilan's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Santos Serapio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Leones booed when Anguilan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baldomiro Frederico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Bartolo Meder hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Edorta in the 14th minute of play forced Anguilan's goalkeeper Nicolas Ubendu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicolas Ubendu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Edorta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Eztebe's late challenge caught a Anguilan's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Angelino Eztebe helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Anguilan booed when Leones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Eztebe didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute Santos Serapio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Abar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Santos Serapio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Anguilan got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Ticho. Santos Serapio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Rogelio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Santos Serapio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rogelio Abar, 1-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Santos Serapio made the kick off in the second half. Rogelio Abar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Serapio, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Flavio Baumer came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Anguilan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Flavio Baumer couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jeronimo Resto during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th match minute, Leones was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Resto to maneuver through the defense. Santos Serapio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavio Baumer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Rogelio Abar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ricardo Delfino kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Nicolas Ubendu made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Aaron Niguel sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Anguilan getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Rigoberto Hori hit a great ball. Roque Lartaun, 73 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Flavio Baumer scored 2-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogelio Abar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Flavio Baumer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Abar was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 89th match minute, Anguilan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bartolo Meder to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Rigoberto Hori managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anguilan's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Hori was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Abar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the Leones players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Anguilan.
