In the 10th match minute, Rucachoroi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Rocio to maneuver through the defense. In the 16th minute, Dario Palban hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Guaymallén's Gonzalo Urtsin broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Rucachoroi getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Dario Palban hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Guaymallén's Gonzalo Urtsin tried to score from far away in the 20th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 21st match minute, Rucachoroi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Rocio to maneuver through the defense. In the 24th minute Elpidio Miro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Remigio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaymallén's Elpidio Miro got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 28 minutes into the game, Guaymallén's Alejandro Eyague nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celedonio Remigio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 32 minutes into the match, Guaymallén's Serafino Banegas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Remigio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carmelo Edur didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Herminio Cai went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bartolo Frichoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Herminio Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice moves Elpidio Miro could shoot a difficult shot in the 58th minute, which Celedonio Remigio however easily saved by the left post. 61 minutes into the match, Rucachoroi's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Banegas came free, but Celedonio Remigio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dario Palban charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dario Palban the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Rucachoroi got a freekick which was hit by Dario Palban. 63 minutes into the match, Rucachoroi's goalkeeper Celedonio Remigio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elpidio Miro. In the 68th minute, Serafino Banegas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Elpidio Miro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Celedonio Remigio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. A collision led to Rucachoroi getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Vicente Ilazki hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Rucachoroi's Maximiliano Rocio got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Maximiliano Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Carmelo Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Herminio Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Edur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guaymallén were furious when Vladimiro Manex was red carded, 77 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee gave Rucachoroi a penalty, 79 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Serafin Paio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Guaymallén's Carmelo Edur. 2-1. Rucachoroi's Dario Palban got his second yellow card of the match in the 81st minute. The referee ordered Dario Palban off the ground. Elpidio Miro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celedonio Remigio having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Elpidio Miro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guaymallén's supporters rose to their feet, but Elpidio Miro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Remigio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Herminio Cai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Rucachoroi getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Maximiliano Rocio hit a great ball. Elpidio Miro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rucachoroi were victorious despite being under pressure from Guaymallén for much of the match.
