To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carolo Montxo kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Gavino Gorbea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ariel Llope having to make a save. 46 minutes into the match, Fidel Abaurre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ariel Llope. BOSTERO FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Abaurre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gavino Gorbea was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to BOSTERO FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Matias Nazario hit a great ball.
