In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Carril's goalkeeper Fulgencio Rik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 12th match minute, Cholila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benito Olentzaro to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Hermon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Egoitz in the 13th minute of play. Hernan Hermon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaac Egoitz in the 20th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Cholila's goal looked a bit too open when Isaac Egoitz came free, but Hernan Hermon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cholila's Hernan Hermon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Egoitz in the 22nd minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 39 minutes into the match, Carril's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Incendio came free, but Fulgencio Rik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Cholila's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Richie came free, but Hernan Hermon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Incendio to make the kick off. Benito Richie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute Isaac Egoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Hermon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Benito Richie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Hermon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Ugaitz's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. The Cholila fans' excitement grew in the 70th match minute when Cholila's Eliseo Incendio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Carril's Fulgencio Rik played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Incendio in the 74th minute of play. After 76 played minutes Carril got a freekick which was hit by Angel Dominic. A collision led to Carril getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Erasmo Ponce hit a great ball. If Victoriano Galsino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Galsino in the 93rd minute of play forced Carril's goalkeeper Fulgencio Rik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Incendio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Rik having to interfere. 97 minutes into the match, Carril's goal looked a bit too open when Victoriano Galsino came free, but Fulgencio Rik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
