The referee ignored Muñano's protests and gave Ciriaco Ferrando a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Muñano fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Lucas Onbera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maximino Calixto's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. If Danilo Cuartio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ¡¡Revenge!!'s Maximiliano Rioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Gil in the 30th minute of play. When Fabian Venceslao came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the ¡¡Revenge!! fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Venceslao couldn't finish the play. Francisco Chumo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Muñano getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Angelino Manex hit a great ball. After 40 minutes, Francisco Chumo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ¡¡Revenge!! and the Muñano players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 40th minute, Francisco Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Rioja showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rigoberto Sustrai in the 43rd minute of the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Cuartio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maximiliano Rioja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Cuartio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Maximino Calixto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th minute, Esteban Gil made a precise shot to the right of Maximiliano Rioja. ¡¡Revenge!!'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Muñano's Danilo Cuartio got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 76 minutes, Esteban Gil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Muñano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esteban Gil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Muñano booed when ¡¡Revenge!! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Venceslao didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpected shot in the 80th minute by Esteban Gil got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Maximino Calixto kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Esteban Gil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Maximiliano Rioja tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maximiliano Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Cuartio in the 87th minute of play. ¡¡Revenge!!'s Maximiliano Rioja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Cuartio in the 94th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Muñano walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
