Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Herminio Urtats started the match with the kick off. Cornelio Formerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Urtats in the 4th minute of play. Correa's Cornelio Formerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Urtats in the 6th minute of play. Cornelio Formerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Vistruario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Barriales FC's zone, Prudencio Estavan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Cristos came out of the goal and Prudencio Estavan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute, Herminio Urtats got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Vistruario in the 16th minute of play forced Correa's goalkeeper Cornelio Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Paulino Benvido came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Correa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paulino Benvido couldn't finish the play. Conrado Petrigai's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Constantino Cristos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With an all-out effort, Correa's Constantino Cristos threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Paulino Benvido, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fidel Vistruario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Formerio having to interfere. When Herminio Urtats came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Barriales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herminio Urtats couldn't finish the play. Fidel Vistruario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cornelio Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cornelio Formerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herminio Urtats in the 43rd minute of the match. Fidel Vistruario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Benvido to strike the kick off in the second half. Constantino Cristos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Benvido went, in the 56th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Barriales FC's Constantino Cristos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Benvido in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Conrado Petrigai in the 63rd minute of play forced Barriales FC's goalkeeper Constantino Cristos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 68th match minute, Barriales FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Aguirre to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Paulino Benvido's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Constantino Cristos was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. Constantino Cristos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Conrado Petrigai in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of Correa booed when Barriales FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julian Aguirre didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes, Correa's Primitivo Felipillo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Constantino Cristos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Correa reached it. When Fidel Vistruario came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Barriales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fidel Vistruario couldn't finish the play. Herminio Urtats struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Cornelio Formerio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barriales FC. Fidel Vistruario could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Cornelio Formerio made a huge save. Herminio Urtats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Cornelio Formerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fidel Vistruario had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
