Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Salomon in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvestre Veremundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeremias Patrido scored 0-1 in the 5th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Veremundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Sein during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Villada booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnoldo Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th match minute, Club Atletico Los Andes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Domingo Jaizki to maneuver through the defense. Villada's Ciro Salamon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Villada from getting a goal against them. Jeremias Patrido scored 0-2 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Veremundo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Villada's Ciro Salamon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Haritzeder in the 32nd minute of play. Jeremias Patrido took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Silvestre Veremundo. Silvestre Veremundo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. After having played for 39 minutes, Augusto Haritzeder managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Los Andes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Augusto Haritzeder was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Club Atletico Los Andes players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Villada were winning 0-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Haritzeder made a kick off. After 53 minutes, Augusto Haritzeder made it 1-4 with a short kick to the right side. Villada's Ciro Salamon tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Silvestre Veremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeremias Patrido in the 62nd minute of play. Domingo Jaizki charged in rather forcefully in the 63rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villada's goalkeeper Ciro Salamon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Augusto Haritzeder left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Los Andes fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. Jeremias Patrido received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Silvestre Veremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ciro Salamon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Americo Ciano went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-5 was the resulting score. Augusto Haritzeder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Villada had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
