Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Roque Mancio kicked off to start the match. Ramon Mincho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roque Mancio in the 3rd minute of the match. Ramon Mincho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roque Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Cordario in the 9th minute of play forced Merecíamos el Empate's goalkeeper Tomás Blasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sopanta RdB's supporters rose to their feet, but Fernan Fonda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 23rd minute, Marco Ubelteso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 24 minutes into the match, Sopanta RdB's Feliciano Paio broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 25 minutes, Jeremias Chap mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Merecíamos el Empate and the Sopanta RdB players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Merecíamos el Empate getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Jeremias Chap hit a great ball. Marcelino Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Mincho having to interfere. Tomás Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cordario in the 31st minute of play. After 36 minutes, Roque Mancio made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sopanta RdB's Ramon Mincho tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Haroldo Gabirel kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Ramon Mincho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Sopanta RdB booed when Merecíamos el Empate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Gartzea didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Marcelino Lopez came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Merecíamos el Empate fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelino Lopez couldn't finish the play. In the 66th match minute, Merecíamos el Empate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Ubelteso to maneuver through the defense. When Sopanta RdB's Enzo Cordario in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a rather tough play, Sopanta RdB's Haroldo Gabirel got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Marcelino Lopez blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramon Mincho having to make a save. Sopanta RdB's Haroldo Gabirel got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Haroldo Gabirel off the ground. Haroldo Gabirel kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Merecíamos el Empate supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Merecíamos el Empate would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
