With a little luck, El sangrion AFC's Alejo Diegotxe got control of the ball when Enrique Urtsua tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benjamin Quinito in the 4th minute of play forced El sangrion AFC's goalkeeper Alejo Diegotxe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the match, Fabian Bras notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of El sangrion AFC's Alejo Diegotxe. Alejo Diegotxe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Enrique Urtsua received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Alejo Diegotxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Quinito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alejo Diegotxe having to interfere. After some careless play in the El sangrion AFC defense, Fabian Bras kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alejo Diegotxe. The El sangrion AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alejo Diegotxe should have stopped the shot. RIBER PLATE's Benjamin Quinito got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gilberto Inocente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serafin Sabino having to interfere. Benjamin Quinito struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Alejo Diegotxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for RIBER PLATE. If Benjamin Quinito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Enrique Urtsua got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Alejo Diegotxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Quinito in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th match minute, El sangrion AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Costante to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, RIBER PLATE's Paulo Marino broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. El sangrion AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Benjamin Quinito 38 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-0. When RIBER PLATE's Benjamin Quinito in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye El sangrion AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Alejo Diegotxe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Gilberto Inocente came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the El sangrion AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Inocente couldn't finish the play. Enrique Urtsua sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in El sangrion AFC's zone, Enrique Urtsua stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejo Diegotxe came out of the goal and Enrique Urtsua tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benjamin Quinito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alejo Diegotxe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. If Gilberto Inocente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 80 minutes, Benjamin Quinito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RIBER PLATE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benjamin Quinito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fabricio Bide kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. When Enrique Urtsua came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the RIBER PLATE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enrique Urtsua couldn't finish the play. In the 93rdth minute of the game Enrique Urtsua who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but El sangrion AFC's Alejo Diegotxe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alejo Diegotxe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benjamin Quinito in the 95th minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, El sangrion AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Urtsua came free, but Alejo Diegotxe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RIBER PLATE walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
