Isidro Calvino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from German Cordareo in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling German Cordareo in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidro Calvino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Tome took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Isidro Calvino. Isidro Calvino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. CA Villa de mayo's Isidro Calvino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcos Tome in the 38th minute of play. German Cordareo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 41 minutes into the match, CA Villa de mayo's goal looked a bit too open when German Cordareo came free, but Isidro Calvino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Joel Jayvier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Cordareo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Calvino having to interfere. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Jayvier to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 66th minute, Benicio Rafel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in CA Villa de mayo's zone, Marcos Tome stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Calvino came out of the goal and Marcos Tome tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. German Cordareo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, CA Villa de mayo's goalkeeper Isidro Calvino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by German Cordareo. In the 74th minute Marcos Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adrian Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th minute, German Cordareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Calvino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Firmat eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
