Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Matias Kauldi got the match started through his kick off. After a rather tough play, Pueblito's Pascual Chesus got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute of the match Ciro Salomon shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Estevon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Basilio Madeo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Pueblito getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ladislao Chano hit a great ball. In the 9th minute Leopoldo Bixintxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Estevon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Kauldi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Kauldi struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Krister Forssell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pueblito. In the 19th minute, Anier Vidal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Shelby FC's Ciro Salomon got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute of the match, Eugenio Lekubegi got a very nice opportunity to score, but Krister Forssell was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Krister Forssell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Kauldi in the 33rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eugenio Lekubegi got free with Krister Forssell in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Leopoldo Bixintxo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Shelby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leopoldo Bixintxo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Estevon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Basilio Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 46th match minute, Shelby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leopoldo Bixintxo to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.
In the 65th match minute, Shelby FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Jacob to maneuver through the defense. Matias Kauldi might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Krister Forssell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Matias Kauldi ran back to his position shaking his head. Mauro Canor hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute, Eugenio Lekubegi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Eugenio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 81 minutes into the match, Shelby FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Lekubegi came free, but Krister Forssell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mauro Canor hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Eugenio Lekubegi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Krister Forssell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mauro Estevon made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Basilio Madeo sent off a good shot on target. After 90 played minutes, Shelby FC's Carolo Jacob shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mauro Estevon came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Shelby FC reached it. The supporters of Shelby FC booed when Pueblito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ladislao Chano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauro Estevon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Basilio Madeo in the 93rd minute. If Eugenio Lekubegi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
