Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Ugaitz in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Urbez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teodoro Rojelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ramon Urbez made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Teodoro Rojelio sent off a good shot on target. When Bernardino Jaunzuria fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ferro Carril Oeste's protests and gave Bernardino Jaunzuria a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ferro Carril Oeste getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Bernardino Jaunzuria hit a great ball. Modesto Maura took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ramon Urbez. Ferro Carril Oeste's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Donato Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferro Carril Oeste's supporters rose to their feet, but Donato Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eleuterio Bemabe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaron Porfiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eleuterio Bemabe having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Aaron Porfiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eleuterio Bemabe was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aaron Porfiro to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Teodoro Rojelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Urbez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Donato Torres came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Ferro Carril Oeste fans jumped to their feet. Ramon Urbez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Ugaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. After having played for 69 minutes, Aaron Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferro Carril Oeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Porfiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Donato Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Teodoro Rojelio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Trelew's Teodoro Rojelio got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Trelew's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Porfiro came free, but Eleuterio Bemabe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliano Huly sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferro Carril Oeste's Ramon Urbez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Rojelio in the 90th minute of play. A collision led to Trelew getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Pedro Perutxo hit a great ball. Many of Ferro Carril Oeste's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ferro Carril Oeste may have spent more time on the ball, but Trelew were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
