Cristobal Luix came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Minacar's Rodolfo Otsando. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Otsando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Vertientes's Benigno Telo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 34th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Minacar. Cristobal Luix made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nestor Lamberto in the 42nd minute of play.

Leopoldo Espiridion sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rodolfo Otsando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
