Silverio Quinteros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Gudesteo in the 6th minute of the match. After 7 played minutes FUTBOL CHAMPÁN got a freekick which was hit by Timoteo Clemencin. Carmelo Mikelats blasted a shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silverio Quinteros having to make a save. After some careless play in the FUTBOL CHAMPÁN defense, Gaudencio Gudesteo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Quinteros. The FUTBOL CHAMPÁN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Quinteros should have stopped the shot. After 17 played minutes Drink Team got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Joanes. 19 minutes into the game, Drink Team's Gaudencio Gudesteo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Silverio Quinteros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Silverio Quinteros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Mikelats, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Gaudencio Gudesteo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Drink Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaudencio Gudesteo couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gaudencio Gudesteo in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Silverio Quinteros saved FUTBOL CHAMPÁN from getting behind. If Gaudencio Gudesteo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37th play minutes Gaudencio Gudesteo shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Silverio Quinteros and just under the crossbar into goal. Silverio Quinteros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmelo Mikelats's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. If Carmelo Mikelats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Gaudencio Gudesteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silverio Quinteros having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Drink Team's Carmelo Mikelats slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Silverio Quinteros. That made the score 0-5 after 62 minutes of play. Silverio Quinteros came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Drink Team's Gaudencio Gudesteo. But to his dismay, Gaudencio Gudesteo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. The supporters of FUTBOL CHAMPÁN booed when Drink Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Joanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benjamin Palban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Gudesteo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Silverio Quinteros made a huge save. Sergio Abajas hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. FUTBOL CHAMPÁN's Silverio Quinteros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Mikelats in the 74th minute of play. The supporters of FUTBOL CHAMPÁN booed when Drink Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damian Henrico didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute, Sergio Oliverio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gaudencio Gudesteo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, FUTBOL CHAMPÁN's Silverio Quinteros got control of the ball when Gaudencio Gudesteo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The FUTBOL CHAMPÁN fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Drink Team were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
