Epifanio Indartsu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gladiador. Gladiador's Angelino Laurgain pulled a muscle in his leg after 19 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Leon Perico charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leon Perico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Ciro Dantae fell near the penalty area in the 24th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dolores's protests and gave Ciro Dantae a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, Dolores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Dantae to maneuver through the defense. Victorino Mateo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 31stth minute, Tobias Quilo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 34 minutes into the match, Dolores's Ernesto Olentzaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tobias Quilo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Dolores booed when Gladiador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Toribio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorino Mateos short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Tobias Quilo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 46th minute Ernesto Olentzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Quilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Ernesto Olentzaro notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Gladiador's Tobias Quilo. Tobias Quilo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ernesto Olentzaro to make the kick off. Gladiador's Alonzo Harriet got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58th minute Delmar Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Indartsu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antonio Madeo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Epifanio Indartsu made a huge save. Ernesto Olentzaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Quilo having to interfere. If Victorino Mateo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gladiador's goalkeeper Tobias Quilo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 86 minutes into the game, Victorino Mateo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Dolores's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gladiador the free kick. A collision led to Dolores getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Victorino Mateo hit a great ball. Tobias Quilo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Mateo in the 88th minute of play. If Ernesto Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 96 minutes into the match, Gladiador's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Dantae came free, but Tobias Quilo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Dolores had won after a very even match.
